The company has gone through several phases: the first years with full emphasis on R&D, followed by a period with focus on product development, strategic alliances, and establishing production facilities. Currently the focus is on developing a fully integrated production with selective breeding, hatchery operation, grow-out production, processing and distribution.  Through this process, GenoMar is involved in the tilapia industry “from egg to plate”.
