Harald Andresen (born 1950)- Chairman of the Board.
Harald Andresen is currently Senior Vice President of Fred Olsen & Co, and has been since he joined the company in 1996. Mr. Andresen graduated from the Norwegian School of Business and Economics in 1974. Mr. Andresen holds several board positions. Mr. Andresen took over as the Chairman of the Board in February 2012. Kjersti Gravningen- Board member
Kjersti Gravningen is the General Director of Pharmaq Vietnam Ltd., in charge of developing and implementing vaccines for pangasius in Vietnam. Gravningen graduated from the University of Oslo in 1985. From 1988 to 1991 she was the R&D manager at Tinfos Aqua (turbot). In 1991 she started for Alpharma- Pharmaq from 2004. Since 1991 she has held several positions linked to fish vaccine research and business development. She holds experience from serveral fish species with broad international experience. Kjersti Gravningen is a Norwegian citizen.

Ketil Arvesen (born 1958)- Board member
Ketil Arvesen has been employed with First Olsen Ltd. since the beginning of 2006 as Vice President Business Development. Before joining First Olsen, Mr. Arvesen had a 15 year career as an investment banker with various firms. He has extensive experience in many transactions in the shipping and offshore industries from this period. He spent close to eleven years with the shipping company Klosters Rederi / Vard ASA (1981-92). He is a graduate of the Norwegian School of Business and Economics. Ketil Arvesen is a Norwegian citizen.

Endre Glastad (born 1971) – Board member
Endre Glastad is currently the CEO of Cap Neus, a private investment company. Mr. Glastad has experience from his former career as an investment banker with Carnegie. Mr. Glastad has broad experience serving as a board member in various companies. Glastad holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from the Norwegian School of Business and Economics. Endre Glastad is a Norwegian citizen.

Jan Seiring (born 1954) – Board member
Jan Seiring is advisor to Akvaplan-Niva. Mr. Seiring has over 20 years experience from the management group of Sisomar AS. He has extensive experience from management and Board of directors in the fishery sector. Mr. Seiring graduated Cand Real in marine biology from the University of Tromsø 1982. Jan Seiring is a Norwegian citizen.
